The hotel's decor was absolutely lovely, with vibrant colors and traditional touches that made me feel right at home. The general areas, such as the lobby and dining area, were well-maintained and provided a cozy atmosphere for relaxation. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel had easy accessibility, with ramps and elevators available for those with mobility needs.
I would have loved to see more organized activities or entertainment options specifically catered to senior guests. Having some leisurely activities or group gatherings would have enhanced the vacation experience for us, the older guests.

the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had everything I needed during my stay. the room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious double bed and a new AC unit to keep the temperature just right. I also appreciated the option to get a delicious cup of coffee in the morning for just 1 JD. the location was convenient for me since I had a car, and the hotel's affordability made it a great choice compared to other options in the area. I was impressed with the excellent customer service, hospitality, and value of my stay at this hotel. Cons: Couldn't find any faults at all. 👍.

The hotel was in a great location in the outskirts of Petra, surrounded by nature and very peaceful. We appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities, especially the nice terrace where we could relax with our coffee. Parking was available, and the staff was very helpful and friendly, assisting us in organizing transportation and a great Wadi Rum tour. Breakfast was also good.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel offered a great price for our stay, especially during the busy New Year period. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, offering us a reasonable price for dinner and breakfast. The location was convenient with supermarkets and souvenir shops nearby. the hotel provided a free shuttle service to and from Petra, making transportation a breeze.
The power sockets in our room were quite troublesome and hard to use with European plugs. The room furniture was somewhat broken and rusty, giving the room a less clean appearance.

We had a car and the hotel's location made it easy to access Petra. The beds were comfortable and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The dinners were tasty and had good portions, including yogurt and bread. The hotel had a nice balcony at the entrance and free tea available. Despite being woken up by speakers in the street, we felt safe and enjoyed our stay.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

We stayed on a hill which had a beautiful view, but the hotel is further away from downtown. the staff was happy to help with cheap taxi rides or walking to the common area. good service.
The room was old and rustic, with dim lighting making it hard to see anything.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Petra area. The prices were really reasonable, especially considering the location. It was close to shops and several restaurants, making it convenient for grabbing a bite to eat. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities were all available. The rooms were clean and I even had a balcony to enjoy the views. The best part was that breakfast was included, which was a nice bonus.
Everything was fine, no improvements needed.

The hotel proved to be perfect for my budget and needs. the staff was friendly and helpful, even arranging a taxi for me to my next destination. the room was clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. the location was ideal, just a few minutes by taxi from the main attraction site, at a very low cost. There was a wonderful shop with affordable snacks and gifts, and a great spot to enjoy a cup of local tea with herbs in the beautiful patio.
My room was somewhat cold, and the heating system was not very efficient. the bathroom was quite small and uncomfortable, making it somewhat difficult to shower for a longer period.

I had a great stay at Mussa Spring! The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help me. They even helped me purchase tickets for the Petra by night event, so I didn't have to wait in long queues. The hotel is situated away from the city center, which made it easy for me to find parking. The beds in my room were comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. Although the shared bathroom wasn't always clean, it didn't bother me too much for a short stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its helpful staff and convenient location.
